Anyways, you can find this in the mob's .kf files (reschar>MOBNAMEFOLDER>MOBNAME.kf)
under its animations tab (in NifSkope) find its the one that uses Bip01_Stand or somthing like that.
It should have a columb with 11000 or 12000 next to it. Change it to 11000 and change the Bip_ blah blah to another animation found in the MOBFOLDER.
It's not right to openly ask people to help you leech from other servers, that's like coming up to me and asking me how to steal something from my home.
