Help On My Private Server?

Hey, Im gonna ask several questions XD
- First of all, Im using SQL 2008 and i want to know, how do I check all the accounts that were made in my private server? by other people?
- Also, What difference does it make if I lower the admin level from 100? For other Admins Ill add in the game?
- How do I change the name on the window of the Client? e.g. Fiesta Online
- How do i change the Logo? And the Login screen? And the Loading Screen(change the book)?
-How do I make GM announcements in the game?
- How can I edit things like weapon skins, faces, houses etc? For the Shops?
- Can I have a list of commands?
- Can i also have a list of item Codes?
- Can I make a private map/place in the private server?
-How do I add new things into my Private Server? Like new faces for the Saloon, new clothes, new weapon skins and how do I add those portal things which take you to anywhere(with options of where you want to go)?
I wanna personalize my private server, make it look diferent(logo etc):D

If you're using the new files then the accounts are in the OdinAccounts database. OdinAccounts > Right click dbo.tAccounts > Edit top 200 rows, if you're using old files then it's just Account > tUser (I think).
The Admin level controls which commands your staffmembers will be able to do, if you've got 10 admin power you won't be able to do every command, if you got 100-255 adminpower you'll be able to do every command.
Hex edit your client using HxD(recommended) to change the client name, search for the current client name by pressing CTRL + F then replace that name, but don't use any backspaces or it will break the file, just write over it.


You change the loading screen by editing the NowLoading.tga file inside resmenu > loading.
You change the logo by editing the Logo.tga file inside resmenu > account, if this doesn't work then open the LoginBackground.nif with Nifskope and export the texture, then edit it.
You make gm notices by typing &z -message-.
I'm not sure what you mean by edit them, are you talking about stats or the look of them?
You'll find the item codes in Iteminfo.shn inside of ressystem in your client, it's the InxName.

You can edit TGA files with Paint.net or Gimp. :P

TGA files are edited in gimp or .net as Shawie said. Same with DDS files but you need a DDS plugin for Gimp (texture files). Since Im not a dev, cant help you with how to add stats. Sorry.
You may just want to start searching the forums and figuring things out on your own if you want to gain any respect here. Some of the questions, for example, the TGA files, could have been searched on google.

You can edit TGA files in photoshop, CS6 I think, Save it as a targa.

No, the stats. You change the look of the items by editing the nif or the texture.
