Websites are very important, they are what promote you as a server, if it is a wix website - they will move onto a professional looking server.
Dedicated Servers are the ones which will get to the top, Hamachi will turn people away almost instantly. Don't use Hamachi, it will give you a bad look and you will never get players. You need to spend money to make money.
And he starts it, as usual.

Basically what Lunerica said. If you designed a good website you'd get so much more players than using a wix site. Infact, using a wix site will probably get you 0 players.
