Hello Karsli36,

1. Download git and install
Link : http://git-scm.com/download/win
2. Download tortorisegit
https://code.google.com/p/tortoisegit/wiki/Download
this is god for beginners
create folder right click und folder gitclone
then in adress url give https://github.com/Mathias1000/DragonFiesta
then download right click on folder again switch branch select origin
the source must be compiling with visual studio
and mysql setup via navicat and xampp or mysql server

Hey, I don't mean to put you down but, only several days ago you posted 3 help topics trying to setup a launcher and a patching system, regardless of the amount of tutorials, source code, guides and already posted help questions for launchers. If you fail to do those then I am sure setting up an emulator would be even more difficult. My advice to you is to start somewhere which is less challenging and work your way up. I would understand if you tried to complete 1 thing, but it seems like you're just posting for help tutorial after help tutorial and they are all for something different.

As for the Dragon Emulator, I think you may have the wrong idea of it. Yes it is a Fiesta emulator but it is out of date and you need a specific client for it to work, unless you update it. In addition it is also missing lots of features. I suggest you just use the odin files or another set of files which were released on the forums.
