You should just delete your serverfiles and use the odin server files. The ones you are currently using are too buggy.

Yep, delete your Shine folder and use the ones I posted. They are the unedited Odin ones. Remember to use the right client files too.
And the Databases are same?
it does the same, i start zone and it starts then closes, and when i start world00 character, world00 gamelog and world00 manager it says:
The Windows Couldn't start the service _World00 Character DB Server in Local Computer
Error 1053: The Service didn't answer.... <=there is more
Read log file for the services that isnt starting.
the asserts says: Msg_2013-05-04.txt for world00 character
I'm guessing you replaced your ItemInfo with the 2,79MB one, am I correct? You should keep your 3,76MB one and rename the other one to ItemInfG or anything else as long as it's 8 letters. Then you hex edit the GameLog exe to read ItemInfG instead of ItemInfo. Better explained in Chubbys guide.

Put the shn's in 9Data/Shine
Replace the existing GameLog folder with the one in the rar.
Then you try to start the services.

How many zones do you have running? You make yourself Wizard by starting SQL Server > w00_Character > Right Click dbo.tCharacterShape > Edit Top 200 Rows > change nClass to the number for Wizard.
