[HK] Character Creation White Screen

I can just login normally and everything works but when I try to create a Character it just goes white and does not come back.

Another Problem is when I get ingame with a character that was already in the database(i didnt create it ingame.) as soon as im standing ingame, it says disconnected from the server.
