HK Quest Editor

iQuest doesnt seem to edit quests fully or at all in some cases.
also, all the quest are "Not Scroll Based" so they cannot just be picked up an turned in on the fly.
I want to enable this on some of the quests.

If anyone has a tool, or a way to edit these.
That would be great.

iQuest is an old tool which was made for the older files. Although it was edited to work with the 2011 files, it was not fully fixed to work flawlessly, hence where there may be errors here or there. The only thing I can suggest is to either pick up a source code released for a custom quest editor, or make your own.

As for scroll based quests, that feature I am pretty sure is not available on the old files. It's a new feature added in at a later time.

hm, its annoying that all the quest say it than.. ill see if I can make a quest editor that can actaul read the new QuestData an such.
You can close this I guess, but if anyone does have an answer, if you could PM me or make a post with the program.

You wouldn't need the new QuestData shn unless you planned on using the new files or taking data from it. You can just replace it quest file and automatically have the new feature. If you are using 2011 files, I don't think this feature exists, as for HK files I am not sure.

people dont tend to share all to much in these parts ._."

I didn't read your title properly. I thought you were referring to some files other than HK which were newer than 2011 files (Odin). Either way, there is no quest editor, at least publically available for any version above 2011 (Odin).
