how can I fix these?

I have just successfully made a Fiesta Online server and I wanted to know how to fix these problems.
1- how can I change exp rates?
2- how can I change everything to english? what do I need to edit?
3- how can I make it stop snowing
4- how can I make my character a GM and is there a command list?
5- how can I edit shops?
6- how can I manually change someone's class (from wizmage to enchanter for example)
7- how can I make it stop saying "[Notice] From 5.xxx.xx.xxx" whenever I enter a map?(5.x = my ip)
8- where can I get a shn editor? the only one I found was removed...for a reason I don't know.

1 - You can change exp rates through Mobinfoserver.shn, using the shn editor its quite easy, just have that file open, click on tools, then exp editor and edit by factor.
2 - Well if you want to change everything to english, you'll have to edit everything. Sorry that's not an easy fix, although you could download the english repack.
3 - That's a client side file, just go to your client folder and use the windows search functions for a file with the name "Snow" in it. You should find a .nif file. Remove it.
4 - Go to your database, and change your characters admin lvl to 100.

UPDATE dbo.tCharacter
 SET adminlevel = 100 
WHERE tUser = "" 
GO

5 - Shops? Not sure what you mean.
6 - You'll have to find the database called tCharacterShape. In there you'll find usernumbers and the number of their class. Look up the class numbers in your client.
7 - You can't D: unless you hex edit, at least that's the only way I've been able to do it ( I tend to overcomplicate stuff like that)
8 - Just searching on google, sure you'll find one. Be careful some are bugged.

umm, in the NPCItemList folder :)

2- u can always copy wholesome from outspark or gamigo. except mobinfo, iteminfo, mapinfo, skills. pretty much most files work. or u can test file by file.

3- safer way would be to edit mapviewinfo@client side. look in last column under weather effects. and remove the weather effect for whichever map you don't want snow or rain to be in.

4- if you don't get what thunderbrit says, u can display dbo.tCharacter,open query, and type in
WHERE (SID LIKE 'your character name'). you can edit whatever you like after that. free stats/char money/level, etc.
