How can someone connect to my server?

My friend wants to come on my private server. I was just curious how I would get him on. I'm not sure what I need to send him, I don't have a launcher or anything like that.
What is the best and more importantly easiest way to get him on my server.

Download hamachi then replace all your ips from test_ServerInfo.txt to your hamachi IP. Make sure to allow the ports 9100-9125 through you're firewall out bound and inbound. Make sure your friend gets hamachi. Send him a copy of your client and his own batch file to launch the game

You don't have to do anything with your firewall. Just download and install hamachi then paste your Hamachi IP into your test_ServerInfo.txt and your .bat file.

You also need to make your friend an account and a login token.
