How do I add Vaults?

Hey everyone its Conner. I was wondering what fields I would haft to change in order to add an item that contains items, aka a vault. I've been working on my server for a while now and have done most of my research on how to fix certain problems all on Rage-Zone. But I didn't see a question that resembled what I'm looking for.

So the question stands; How do I make a vault? Can I make the vault get random items in a specific category?

I looked at the HolyPromiseReward.shn , I don't think were talking about the same thing. Some servers call them 'lucky bags' , that's basically what I am looking for. I want something that I can put special custom items in and put them on the item mall.
