How do I get the Shadow Key?

So on my server(2008 files) I am level 150, admin blah blah blah. I need to do the Job changes though. Since I'm such a high level, the shadow Key isn't dropping lol(20 upgrade quest). How would I obtain this item?

Just change the class in the database.

even better you could do what new servers are doing and make it auto complete job change.
