How do i make a account for me

How would i make an accoutn through the database so i can change my settings and my admin level. whre do i create one manually through the files

Open up SQL management.
Login.
go to database\account\table.
look for tUser.
Right click at it.
choose "edit top 200 row".
edit there to make account.

for admin.
go database\world00_character\table.
look for tUserCharacter.
Right click at it.
Choose "edit top 200 row".
there u can edit many things about your character.

Better way is to
New Query
INSERT INTO Account.dbo.tUser (sUserID, sUserPW, sUserName) VALUES ('Username', 'Password', 'Username');
Just replace the words in '' with what you want, it helps to learn Sql Query codes
