I found presentbox 1-15 in mobviewinfo.shn and mobinfo.shn
Well look in the one that's client only and see what you can find in there.
best way is to make a new presentbox name it PresentBox20 and then go add items to it make new line in itemdroptable
called PresentBox20 or whatever, with what u want it to drop add lines in mobinfo.shn mobinfoserver now spawn and kill it and it should drop what u added makesure item mobinfoserver DropGroup A HAS the drop group u added in itemdroptable.txt
hope this helps on the drops but no be frank i havnt changed the look only size.
EDIT : Set the level of the item also so it drops for your level

You're question is not clear. Do you want to change how the chests look? "change the look of chests" or do you want to change what the chests drop when you kill helga I am presuming? If not something similar. "ml drops/etc (vs chests with mats or potions)"
The ml chests are really 5 different mobs in the mob files. He wants to change them, so he knows which drops have the weapons in them so he can cheat.

That "cheat" or "mod" doesnt work anymore
With the old method yeah, by hard-editing the MobViewInfo.shn, but there's still another way to do it (much more complicated and not for the herpderp people).
