How to create the new Quest in the game?

i cannot and edit the quest with the iQuest > please someone help me please?

i have the same question : how to edit any quest, like reward exp ,reward item,reward fame and needed items ?

This release by Alsm97 is very useful for quest editing. Download the file, make any edits if needed or just use the precompiled one, which I think is provided. If not just compile it and it should work fine. It has new features and is compatible with the 2011 files.
