How to increase The population Number? in Athens server

Hello Developers yeah i know i'm asking to much that's because i wanna get more experience.. i really search for a tut to change the population number in server but i didn't found so i could acces my server lol...

p.s: im learning the basic's for developing this game im already a animator/Modeler so when i learn how to code/add weapons maybe i will add some good weapons and npc's who knows everybody starts from the zero, all what i need is your knowledge and support <3.

Its binded to the exe, but that error sometimes is caused because of problems in world/zone services.
Check for asserts, check for the service's config file if all is Ok. The Operation System does not matter here.

Then install win7 also and make ur server there idk lol. When u host ur server in dedi, that won't a problem.

Guys... im sure you didn't know that Windows 8 has a windows 7 in it >.> i ask a computer engineer. and what you think me stupid to buy a new pc for a test server? im doing it private server for testing my models and weapons, what i mean to say im doing the server online just for animations and modeling...

and if it doesn't work on windows 8 why i can run the game with the server [ that's including Sign in to the game]. im sure i did something wrong but its not because of Windows 8.

Windows 8 have a iocp bug. Microsoft knows about the bug but haven't fixed yet. Install 7 and all works fine then

I tried it to on windows 8 and it wont work like people said..
SQL wont connect with something from some reason and updating to windows 8.1 wont work to so just go to windows 7 (will be hard if your computer is bought as a windows 8) or make it on a VM if you have much ram :)

I'm probably the first to say this but, I like w8. I like how it is setup, I've got a w7 PC anyway so I can just use that for setting up a server if I need one. I'd never put my laptop back to w7 xD

you can also install 2 Os on the same machine or even a vmware ...

you are not the only one, i have win7 pc, but i found windows 8 is good and hardcore windows for animations i could run Easily Formula map with editions and cars Models including animations [ verts Was 71k with 137k Edges] and it didn't lag even once, now try that with wind7 or xp and i'm sure your Computer will get Fuck'd up even with a booster programs

Better than the other Windows platforms, Windows 7 will probably be the last Windows I personally use, they're heading in a horrible direction if you ask me, don't need an uber OS either to code, could code on Linux just fine.
