HP/SP Bonus on Armors

I have edited the item info both server and client side, for the HP and SP bonus on the top and pants.
But it is not working, is it actually possible to get that working?
Or have I done something wrong?

Open Office is free and makes it easy to edit. Yes as stated before many many many many times, they were made as speadsheets when they were created.

So I can open the drop tables/groups, using excel ?
If so that would be very helpful, right now they look like mass lumps of junk xD

When I open them, it just opens them in a blank txt document, I tried copy and pasting the lot into A spreadsheet, but it still all messed up, any ideas?
