I need help creating server please! Fiesta Online

Hey everyone. I am a Fiesta Online O-Hoalic, but lately I have grown a big interest in the private servers. I keep joining them, but with in a few weeks the servers are down. I really want to create my OWN private server that I myself (and maybe a few Real Life friends) can play on. The problems is I have no exsperience in hacking/programming. I needs some 1v1 help, maybe on like skype or somthing or on the phone. Can anyone please lead me through everything I need to do, from start to finish, to have my own Fiesta Online Private Server?
