The 110 glad skill is the one that takes hp of you like 100 and it hits people (mobs) arround you with fire (burn posion) idk the right name but it needs to do that

you cant add new abstates. you would need to mod an existing one but i dont think it'll be like this new skill since a part of the abstates are hardcoded :/ if im wrong feel free to correct me ^^

He means Heat of Fury for Gladiator and some of the 110 new prestige skills for other classes.
It takes off 2% of your MAX HP every second in return for damage. The lower your HP goes, the higher the damage. (It doesn't work. It has 0 sp consumption and when used it doesn't go into cooldown and no effect is given to the character and just the animation is shown.) With that being said, I don't think you could potentially fix that skill to the OS version. Maybe a work around but ..yeah.

you cant add new abstate, because you must use already existing AbStataIndex.

thus you can edit(what you did by fixing 100skill) /duplicate(2skill use the same buff) but not create new buff effect. as all already said it's hard-coded.

you can create subabstates, and change the keep time and the efect. But you cant change the icon and description, for example you make a buff that increases 20% speed and damage, you can make a subabstate of vitality and give that effect, but ingame it appears in the description "increased damage decreased defence" while it increases damage and speed.

Yep but .... you can't use a number over 411. what result of : the said skills using the same will bug , i mean they will use some setting of the 1st skill and some of the 2nd skil.

i may be wrong though . but that's what it did for me. if not, let me know ok ? ^^
