Instances kicking some players out instantly, lets some in. Is it racist?

Okay so I think I have some racist instances. They are set for party so it's not a guild problem, they are on the same zone as the map containing the portals, I am able to enter but when I had someone come help me with the mobregen, it automatically ported them out, even if I psummon. Same thing happened with a party trying to do Noitome. We thought it was a guild issue until we tested it, adding them to the guild didn't help. So I am at a loss here, anyone know what could cause this or how to fix it? Not looking to be spoon fed but a little guidance of where to look would be great. I should be able to handle it from there. I also don't think its the script.

I had same issue that would get it to work. However i think it had something to do with the mobs not spawning fast enough or killed fast enough or so. Cause when i am on my GM power char and killallmob command i can easily run it no problem. But when i staticdmg it command at times it would crash or mobs would not spawn or the gate wont open and members get suddenly kicked out etc etc. was really weird.
