    Interface causing lag.

    Hello guys.

I have a problem concerning the skill bar where I lag each time I switch, remove or re-equip gear if it has a lot of skills on it. (ej. a fighter switching to Diminish set and going back to main gears).

This disappears either by removing skills from my bar or if I switch my interface to off. Both ways are efficient, but not effective.

I was wondering if any of you would know how to fix this, without making my game nearly unplayable.

Check this video as a reference:

This is pretty much happening to me if I load my skillbar with a certain ammount of skills. However, unlike this girl, my lagging is constant and doesn't become bigger or smaller.

    Thank you :]

My computer isn't a monster, but I do have a quad core CPU, 4GB RAM and 1GB of VRAM. Pretty much enough to run any decent game and Fiesta isn't really a game where you should consider buying an i7 :]

Just because you have a quad core CPU, 4GB of ram and 1GB of VRam, does not mean anything. You first need to understand what is happening. When you switch sets, you are sending additional packets to the server. Second I have seen computers with double your specs do things worse than lag. Let me guess you are using a laptop right? 99% of Fiesta players use laptops, but wanna complain about lag. It is not the server, or even the client. It is your computer. Laptops are not gaming machines. They do not have the thermal procedure to effectively manage the CPU/GPU to stay cool enough to efficiently run games like Fiesta. Third, Is your computer running clean? What else are you running? What background processes are being used? Is your HDD able to keep up with the CPU/Ram in its cache? Is the RPM of your HDD fast enough? So as I said You need to investigate to figure it out. Do not just assume it is a server issue, I promise you it is not the server, considering that is not how fiesta works. If it is a server issue, You will get things like rubber banding when running, constant disconnects, Things of the such. Your lag you're having is an issue with your computer. Hints the total lagout to the point of standing still with no disconnect.
