IS it possible to add pc controlled players?

You kinda wanna look into AI and how to make bots I think.
It is quite advanced, I've dug into it a little bit and I suggest that you reconsider the problem. Unless you really want to do it of course.

Creating bots is frowned upon, but if you host your own server and do this, it should be okay.

To your questions, if you play any private server or legal server, it is illegal, that is against TOS so it would rain a ban on your ass and assets.

And yea, you can do that, its called a client emulator and you can emulate basically anything the real client does, as long as you send the same packet content and you answer correctly to any packet the server sends.

Its specially illegal on gamigo servers, so if you take on the endeavour of emulating, make sure you use real game data, that way in case someone reports you and they have to check your game activity, you come out clean.

This is easy to do now given the many PDB leaks we had for Fiesta.

There are a few ready to use projects already, although not on this forum .
