Item Info Elrue Price Saving Problem

I am trying to make the sell price of the Elrue 30s (30 000 - the number). But when I click save it is going like the file does not respond or something like that and its not saved. I am using it from my user acc which is not administrator of the computer and its in /C. Is this the problem?

Try moving the file and editing it, then putting it back.

When I place it in ressystem it says: The client was illegaly manipulated and I can not log.
