Correct, but not the optimal solution.
You should set the "ItemUpgrade" values too if you want to have real balanced rates.

CriFail The value for a critical [Cri] enhancement fail [Fail]. This will destroy the item the player wanted to enhance (only if no red CS stones were placed there to prevent it)
DownFail The value for a down [Down] enhancement. For example the item was at stage [+7] before enhancement. This will lower the stage to [+6] (only if no blue CS stones were placed there to prevent it)
NormalFail This is a normal [Normal] fail [Fail]. The item will stay the same stage as before and won´t be destroyed.
nCon Sorry, I don't know at the moment and have to look i up later on
LuckySuc This is a lucky [Lucky] Success [Suc]. This means the item will be enhanced by two stages. For example from [+3] to [+5] (only possible if the player uses Lucky Enhancement stones, blue ones)
