I made my launcher that uses the token system. My issue is when i try to connect to the odin rest server i get an error in the rest server logs, and my launcher stops responding can anyone help me?

There's nothing wrong with the Odin Rest. The launcher host is just acting up I guess. Just wait 'til Stu fixes it, shouldn't take too long.
Your misunderstanding me, its not the rest server i'm concerned with i know its fine its my launcher connecting to it. My launcher is causing the rest server to throw that error.
The launcher doesn't have anything to do with that "Error". That doesn't even look like an error. You get that every time you log in, with or without a launcher.
You should check the launcher logs for errors.
Learn to debug your application and see where it "hangs" (stops responding).
And then read the function manual in which cases it waits for something.
OK, well answer this for me on the outspark rest system do i add anything to the hosts file, if so what is it?
Before asking anything else you should first learn how to make simple programs first, and how to debug them (find errors, mistakes, whatever doesn't work) and then come back here and think again what you asked.
I don't want to be rude but you doesn't seem to understand what your talking about.
I don't understand what you mean with your question very well (The "outspark rest system" part, It should be either "Outspark Token system" or "Rest Service"), but I assume that you had everything working, until the launcher started acting up.
So you started to make your own. Everything on server side is working, but your launcher isn't so -
answer to your question: Hosts file doesn't have anything to do with your launcher.
My question is not that difficult when using the dusk API system, u know the one that runs in apache or iis. What do i put in the host file? I know this launcher works, i used it when the dusk files were first released
EDIT: and before you get technical and try to be a smart ass, Outspark uses an API system. Tokens are a feature of there API.

From memory I didn't add anything to my hosts and it worked fine.
