Launching Services error

Hey everyone, so I was practicing using the new files(first time setting it up) I followed the guide provided by chubbycrab and everything went well until I have recieved this error. I am pretty sure that the SQL username/pass is correct and the IP's are good as well.

Make sure you did the OBDC in the 64x program (if you use a 64 bit computer)

I have done that, I even tried it all over from scratch with the old files and accountlog and gamelog db do not start. Is someone able to Tv me to help solve it?

Nvm, I was able to fix and wanted to set it up to hamachi. My friend tried to connect and it said that the server population is full (2/5) ppl only connected. This is the error log I get for world manager.
