Loading Screen load bar/words [old files]

How do you get it so that you can add the progress bar/ Now Loading onto the loading screens.
ive tried leaving parts blank [empty], but it just shows up white. i know they used to work on old OS files, where the now loading would fill up.

i know what im trying to say, but it isnt coming out right >.>

i thought it used to on Outspark in 2008
