lvl 20 JobChange Help

Hi Guys I recently got a server going custom items npc maplink gates all sorted, so it was time to test, everything was going sweet till lvl 20 Job Change,

Now im a mage and i had to see skill master to kill 10 Bores, when i accept the quest it wont accept other than that i have to edit in sql2008 but that sux, has anyone had experience in this cos i have no idea how to fix this issue :)
