Maps won't load (CN files)

Decided to come back for some old fun. Got everything setup and running, but the maps won't load on the zones. new one to me, anyone have any thoughts?

Windows Server 2022 (also attempted on Windows Server 2016)
SQL 2019
2015 HK/CN files (TeamNG mostly) [these files worked on my old dedi, it's just a backup.

Everything runs, databases connect, can login, zones stay running, but can't get into any maps, looked into MapLoad.txt and it's empty instead of populated like usual.

Should add I'm just using the SQL driver. not the ODBC manual setup version. (But my databases connect just fine)

Yeah thats because you're missing the registry keys by the looks of it.

That was it, the one thing I left out of my install notes from before. I didn't even include them in my archive.
