Mdeff on +9 Jewelry

Hey Guys.Someone know how i can give Jewelrys / Rings MDeff when they +9?I tried myself but without succes.I tried to change the Iteminfo for example a ring like os have it.Changed upinx but dont know how make it work.Someone know a hint or can help me out whit it.Thanks in advance and hope for helpful answers :)

There's a place you can start at, there is more than just that though.

I'm working on getting them to add random stats aswell, I have it working but it adds like 1000 + to the stats so its still not right lol
