My First Fiesta private server ;3

Hello guys !

Well, I would like to make my own private server about Fiesta Online.
First of all, i have already "done" a private server with sql server 2008 and with AvengerOnline but :
1) I heard that only me could connect to the server ..(Because the IPD adress 127.0.0.1 is from my computer)
2) When i have almosst finished to set up, i got the message "Server is full" (apparenlty because of Windows 8, but not sure)

So, i'm looking for a server, where the other people could get in, and i'm looking too for a way who works on Windows 8.
