My ugly custom merchant NPC wont load it shop

Hello , since yesterday I try to create a merchant that will sell costume. I created it in mobinfo etc etc and i dont forget to put parametter "is npc" to 1 .
I also put it in NPC.text to place it in Roumen and precise that its a merchant that sell "Item"
I also create its shop list in NPCItemList with inxname of my ugly NPC


But when i go in game i have this :


A text area on top of left and without anything in it :/
I also tried to break Pey store to see how it will react , text area had "purchase" option but nothing load.
So it mean that I miss something to link its shop to a trigger action and do a little text to resplenish it , I search since many hours does any one know what i miss to do ?

for the last part i would check that using ShineTables to make sure that the file saved correctly, mind you a copy and paste of another npc first and rename to make sure its reading the file is a first step i would do :)

I would use ShineTables its more reliable (to a degree) (sorry Farbod!) since it works. i've checked it out before.
