[NA - 2011] I've done something dumb in regards to character experience

So I have a problem with two of the four characters on an account. I am pretty sure it's a simple administrative issue however I can't figure out what it is.

Out of the four characters on the account, two will not gain experience. These two were admin level 100. I tried reducing the admin level to 0 on one, this did not resolve the issue. I went to an exp loss area and confirmed that the characters can LOSE exp, however they will not gain exp.

I stepped away from my pserver so I am pretty sure I was messing with something and enabled something that I assumed I would remember to disable. I don't remember what it was.

This isn't a huge issue, and even now I am still currently trying to research what could have caused this, so I don't need to be handed the answer on a platter, but if anyone has any ideas that would point me in the right direction, that would be fantastic.

Basic question: is the character on cap level? lol

I don't believe so. They are both 105. They also had exp past 0% (One had 2% the other had 1%) so they were getting exp at one point, as I did not manually level them using commands. I actually hand leveled them to 105.

However I will double check what the soft character cap is set to. Just to be safe.

Okay so I am looking for the soft cap and for some reason I cannot find it. I used to know a good deal of this and now for some reason I cannot remember how to find anything. Can't even form basic queries in SQL

Okay, so after doing some digging, I found out that the soft cap is 105.

Thank you Saloum93 for giving me enough of a hint to let me squirm and figure it out.
