    [NA 2011] Server is closed

So I normally run my server and the client on the same computer, and I'm completely intimidated by anything to do with networking, but I wanted to set up hamachi so I could load the server on another computer. So I went around online and there were no guides to setting this up. Surprisingly enough. At least not for Odin files.

I assume it has something to do with changing the IP addresses that I changed to the local IP address (127.0.0.1) to the Hamachi server's ipv4 address, according to what I've learned about applying Hamachi to 2008 files. So I went into the server config folder "Serverinfo" and changed "test_ServerInfo" and "test_Manager_ServerInfo" in which I replaced all the local IPs with my hamachi server's ipv4 address.

I then changed the .bat file to that address on both computers, I start the services no problem, and I get: "Connection to server has failed" and the client closes.

To put some background to it, I'm running the server on a desktop with windows 7. Above minimum requirements. I want to load the client on a laptop with windows 10. Both computers I get connection to server has failed. Same .bat file. I start experimenting. I change the .bat on the main computer to the local ip 127.0.0.1 and I get to the server select screen and the server says it's offline and when I click it, it says "Server is closed" and closes the client.

So finally I change everything back except for the .bat on the laptop and load up the server on the desktop. No problems on the desktop. Laptop still says "Connections to servers has failed".

Firewall is off, I'm not sure how much more off it could be. But if it can I wouldn't know, because I'm very intimidated by networking stuff. The laptop uses Comodo Firewall and I didn't turn that off, but it hasn't reported itself blocking hamachi.
    Rookie mistake checklist:
    1. Firewall is off
    2. Hamachi is on
    3. Both computers are connected to the Hamachi server
    4. Server runs fine on desktop
    5. IP in .bat file is changed
    6. IP in "test_ServerInfo" and "test_Manager_ServerInfo" was changed from 127.0.0.1 to my Hamachi's ipv4 address.
    7. ???

If anybody knows the 7th mistake I'm missing or if replacing the local ip is a little more complicated than what I've attempted, that would be awesome.

I found the 7th rookie mistake. The databases also need to be changed. Everything works now.
