So I created a new quest and assigned to a certain "Starting NPC". Everything worked just fine, you could start the quest at the npc, begin the quest and complete the quest requirements. The only problem is there is no reward NPC. The "Starting NPC" only gives the Action Script speech when you try to talk to him and does not give the "Finish Script" speech so that you can be rewarded for the quest.
I've tried playing around with values in unkData and even copying values from quests already existing on the OS questdata.
I even noticed from the information Mathias1000 posted in this thread that the "Starting NPC" is declared but the reward NPC is not. I did notice that in the Quest.txt file in 9Data\Shine\World the quests declared therein have a "Stop NPC" declared. Though it seems using the Quest.txt file is an outdated method of declaring quests since only a handful of quests were declared there, and then they were declared again in the quest shn files.
The quest is simple. Kill a few monsters, get exp. Everything works fine, but there is no reward NPC to complete the quest. What am I missing?

Actually I believe I understand it now. I see there is always an NPC declared where "canKill" is false in the mob section.
