Need assistance with odin files

If anyone here know how to use odin files to set up the regi to the database i would really appreciate any assistance on it. Would need some assitance maybe with the launcher as well. get a webserver like Xampp or Wamp edit the SQL info put it in the htdocs or whatever its called in ur webserver get ur sqlserv extentions get sql native edit the php.ini restart apache and ur should be good to go.

So i got the server running now which is fine however no matter what i do i still cant get my site to hook up with the regi DB for my server. The dedi and site are seperated would this be the cause or is there anyone who can help me please?

regi page and cash shop have to be on the same server as the game. i told u that yesterday when i set ur server up.
