Note how I said a handful of people have them, because the amount of hands who have them can only increase, it was also never "released", if it's in circulation, it was leaked and at which point now is revolving around, but so far only 1 server has been up constantly with them (was Dusk, now it's Odin), until more appear, it'd be safe to assume that either nobody else has the missing pieces, or they don't know what to do with the files they have.

Well it sure looks like it does :)
And its not so much about not knowing what to do, its about learning how it works.
Say you get the files and its exactly the same setup, but certain stuff is different ( mostly shns and txt files )
you would not open a server without knowing what everything does would you? At least I hope people wouldn't.
I'm still seeing what these .pdb are all about, debug files sure but I like to know what everything does.

well im not gonna lie so whom ever makes me an offer on this file needs to keep this in mind im buying this file for one reason "lugapha" he wants to toy with the newer files so me and him have been trying to get this stuff to run but the char exe wont run without the correct dll so if ur looking to scam me it wont work cause if i cannot test it before i pay i will not buy it now if it comes back to be the proper dll and all i will pay the seller for it i do not scam im a very honest person i hate lairs and thieves i have the money for it in my paypal account so if u have the correct file and are wanting to make some money just pm me and we will work out the details

Uhm no, its a super simple dll that does http requests, thats ALL it does, it grabs results from a REST... all you would ever need to do is hex the URL...

I start a page on this topic and u guys post info that could be helpful here? Why won't anyone talk about the rebuild of it? It would be great education for many people and would start to explain how things work together for many people.
