Need help with starting up my server

i need help with starting up my server i did everything from this form -->http://forum.ragezone.com/f593/server-files-guide-654573/<--


now when i go to my services and run the:
- Account DB Server
- AccountLog DB Server
-Login Server
- World00_Character DB Server
- World00_GameLog DB Server
- World00 Manager Server
- Zone Server
- Zone Server1
- Zone Server2
the ones that dont run are:
- AccountLog DB Server
- World00_Character DB Server
- World00_GameLog DB Server

and they all say..... Service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs.

if you know how to fix it please help me out i would appreciate your help....

p.s.
i also need help with on how do i make a character and put it into my game if there is a tut please post it....

post if your running a 64 bit or 32 bit system and what operating system and then someone could help if they feel like it.

fill out odbcad32.exe in the sysWOW64 folder now after that , go to the contral panel and find the odbc and open that one and fill it in.
