I have tried several times to resolve this issue

_worldwanager? Try start the WorldManager instead....

Na but srsly just read the logs, follow some guides... Look at the 300 other threads on here about services failing to start. The issues are always the same.

Or, at least post some logs in your thread so we aren't guessing.

Check odbc settings, and also make sure the IP is correct in the serverinfo files
