NPC Skin Merchant

Hey guys, I'm here with another post (yay ._.) well I forgot to say that whenever I put my cursor over the skins my game automatically crashes idk how to fix this. Can someone just give me the .txt file for the ski merchant from this directory C:\Server\9Data\Shine\NPCItemList ? I've tried everything and nothing works so yeah :(
