It can't find the ODBC connections. Check if you made them in the right odbc. There are 2 different.
%systemdrive%\Windows\System32\odbcad32.exe
and
%systemdrive%\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe
Do both if you're not sure which one to pick.
Also make sure you put them in the System DSN tab with the correct names.

Here my test serverinfo.test_Manager_ServerInfo.txt.
It can't find because those lines are commented out.
At the end of the file after the text "; ODBC INFO",
remove the ";" from the lines what have ";ODBC_INFO" at the start of the line,
for first 6 lines like that.
its still work start.
It can't connect to DB or there is no such database or password is wrong.
do all of your exe's load that sheet? or does it load another one on some?
the odbc info is commented out
