Odin Rest Server Won't Start

When I try to start the _OdinRestServer service, this error pops up:

Make sure the info you entered to the config file is correct.
Like the error suggests.
Use the same data from the config and try to connect to the DB.
And post detailed info what you did and what went wrong.

Ok. That's fixed, but now, AccountLog won't start. I can't exactly understand what the Debug Text is saying, but here it is:
