OdinRestServer Socket Error

[Im Mars]

Soooo I'm on my dedi, and when I try to start the REST service, this error pops up:

[2] [3/17/2014 9:30:02 PM] :: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions

Anyone know a way to fix it?

Btw, Skype isn't even installed on the dedi

Pretty sure that means the port is in use

if u use port 80. open cmd.
type "netsh http add iplisten YOUR DEDI IP".
without quotes.
