Under Options tick option which forces to overwrite. This should solve it.

    Sorry didn't read it properly.
    Is it only for OPTool?

    You can try:
Check if the file exists and try to delete it manually. If it doesn't let then close the DB and try again. If you manage to delete it then try restoring again.
If there is no file you can create empty one manually and then restore, don't forget to overwrite option otherwise it fails certainly.

Also when program tells Access denied then right away I remember Win7/Vista "Run As Admin" thing.

    Will do. Thanks much.
By make a empty one, you mean a new .bak file right.. How do I do that? Cause some files I have don't have Optool folders and stuff.-.

And what do I do with .sql files. They are in the catalyst files

Please reread the post and the error message and please understand what file is source and what file is destination.
Obviously if you make empty source there is nothing to restore.

I'll just add that OperatorTool isn't actually needed to run a server, it's more of a helpful tool.
