I don't know much about python, but it should be possible on most languages. With a quick google search, python does have access to networking (sockets) so you should be able to make an emulator with python.

You can, if ur wanting to do this:
- Port every shn into python
- Make every database from scratch, since there are none in public with crusader support (yet)
- Dem packets
- Login
- World
- Zones
- More

Imo, you'd better finish up Estrella by @Temperament

As long as you add support for HTML and CSS as scripting languages for instances, and I'm pretty sure the database doesn't really need any modification to support a class.
