[Other] Switching freezes the game for a brief moment.

Hello guys.

I have a big problem when switching gears. As soon as I change 1 piece of gear (any including cs items), my game freezes for a second. It might sound like an overreaction but when pvping, this is a bad thing.

This happens on any server I play on, including a server I setup myself.

I didn't have this kind of problem back on OS 2008-2013 days, and my PC was worse.

Made some testing and I think it has something to do with the interface .nifs, more specifically my skill bar.

When switching without the skill bar being full of skills/items/dance w.e, I can switch without the 1 second delay, however as soon as I add some skills, it happens.

It gets worse depending on how many skills/items I have, but at high levels it's pretty much necessary.

(As another question, what file can change a skill debuff's success rate over an enemy? ex: Fatal Slash rate)

EDIT: The problem disappears when deactivating interface, but ofc I can't play all the time without interface being activated.

My current system specs: Intel core i5, 8GB RAM, Win7, 2GB Graphic card.
My old system specs: Intel Pentium 4, 1GB Ram, Win Xp, No graphic card.

Asking some people on certain pservers, they told me they have this switching problem, but on a certain degree only (+ or - freezing time)

Maybe the specs of your pc before and now would help. Because I don't think it's the game
