@Kreain thats true that i released something but few things they i get have i payed eg shn 3d... os files (only txt+ shns)... i mean that you pls release the source for create a own server not fixed files ...

@itachi369: LOL. This is why you wil never be able to handle these files. These files aren't like the 2008 files people are used to. It requires time and knownledge to get a server up and running. Which took us 3-4 months.

Leaking isn't sharing. Giving out people's work, without their consent is considered stealing. Yes, we're greedy and you're a thief, who's the better man? You've stolen Buster's time and effort, and put it out here. As for our files, yeah it's not like we made them, but they didn't fall from the sky and into our hands, right? I believe certain things should stay server-exclusive, wether or not people can accept that, is their own problem.
As for me. What do you even know about me? I can assure you that I'm the least suited Fiesta Dev in this thread. Sure I could code and design thing and put them out here, but I barely have time to work on things for Dusk, what makes you think I have the time to do personal projects? Don't be to quick on the trigger.
As for the situation on Dusk. None of the staff members have any access or whatsoever to the server files, except those that apply for the gameplay. Which means that Kreain, Bakey and Moi, don't have anything that could help to resolve this issue. Only Seph has access to these files, and wether or not she want to entrust us with them, doesn't really matter to us. Because we understand what impact the episode with Berzerker had on her. Also, I just thought I'd let you know. All of our donations until christmas goes to charity, for needing children, we're greedy right?

Only a select number of people have replied and I wouldn't call it them turning against me but a reaction to something that was true. I accept it wholeheartedly as manners of such speech tend to offend the people who deep down know it's the truth, you'll disagree, I understand.
You fail to grasp the very basics of a Private server community. The files that were "leaked", we lived on that and we grew with it. The ideology so far has only been to crack and retrieve, share the spoils and develop on it. It's probably what everyone has been doing directly or indirectly by using the files that originally were nothing but leaked contents. I supposed a thief was a person that steals for themselves whereas I happen to share anything I may find important, so I'm a bit confounded as to what intent you had by calling me a thief. In any case, I'll save my own time by not trying to explain my own beliefs as they may very well be just my own. You may respond to that, I'd love to understand how you feel.
As for yourself, I do not wish to know anything more about you. And as for what you explained about the internal ”situation” of Dusk Online, I wouldn't really want to sympathize on you guys for not having server/file access. Perhaps “Seph” is a bigger bitch than what you guys already are. No offense intended.
Anyway, saying and doing are two very different things. I could tell you that I'll donate half of my life savings to a random AIDS foundation, but do you think it is safe to already assume that the I am a good person and I would do so? You probably get my point here. Very manipulative of you indeed.
However, since you mentioned about completely donating to the charity via your server in reply to my post, I'm sure all of the fiesta private server community would want to SEE that happen as much as I would. And if it does, personally I would be very pleased.

Its non of ur business what a server does with their income/donations. Its actualy no one's business, not even the players. Only thing they have to do is keep their server up, other than that no one has any right to ask/critizise for what they do with the rest of THEIR money. Players who donate/buy points do it because they want points/fame/what ever the server gives for donations. Not because they are donating from the bottom of their hearts and not getting anything from it. Aslong as they get what it says they will when they donate, it doesnt matter where the money goes.

You dont need to give any explanation as to why your server is "greedy" and what you do with your donations. I personaly thinks that "to charity, for needing children" is a bunch of bull but i have no right to ask for proof or critizise you and ur server for saying so. Its your money and you get to do what ever u want with it or says they do with it.

Well atleast I'm amused by the sheer fact that you to feel the need to keep bouncing back. Despite being met with negativity for your claims, which turned out to be false, in our case. Reaction to something that was true? I don't think so, mate.
What I fail to grasp is the fact that you're so bitter about a server that isn't even ranked top 5 in the ranking lists. A large amount of money has been spent for the server to even go up, now by leaking these files, it's damaging us. Ofcourse, one mans loss can be a thousands gain, but if that's the motto you live after, I can only imagine what kind of person you are. I remember the incident a while back, when a plane crashed into the mountains(I don't remember where). It lead to people killing other human beings, for themselves to be able to stay alive. Rough comparision, but same principle.
As for the "Internal situation at Dusk Online" and regarding me and my fellow staff. You brought it up, I answered. Let alone, you feel the need of insulting our staff for no apparent reason. We haven't done anyone anything wrong. You may call us greedy, but atleast we, or atleast I am not being complete a complete asshole to everyone I disagree with. Yeah, we will share when we have something to share. We're all a part of this community aren't we?
Now, as for the charity thing. I am not sure how I'm supposed to give you proper proof, but it all remains up to the individual to believe in. You deciding not to believe in us doesn't bother me. It would only be a shitty person who advertises such matters for their own good.
As for this messy discussion, I'm deciding to step out of it, as I feel I've said what I needed to say. The claims towards me turned out to be false, I remain truthful. My sincerest apology to you Orochimaroo, if you feel offended. Thanks for the coherent discussion, it's appreciated.
