Definently Valmor v16.
The first problem at line is 124 is that you miss a , between $conn " it should be $conn, " because the function requires two parameters.
The other error of line 14 is that the session value is not set, this is why you receive this error. It seems that your session data isn't set properly. Try to look up some PHP tutorials ;)
