PhP issues. 0.o

OK, i have been up all night working on this damn cash shop. I finally got it so it will load the log in screen, but i'm getting an error and it will not let me connect to sql. Can someone plz tell me what this error is being caused by? I have added all the permissions in sql and i'm still getting this error.

You have to give NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM access to the databases. It's in Security > Logins (In Mssql)

I have given it permissions and it still will not connect and i have no clue why
