Ports can be forwarded in your Router, if you don't have access to it then forget hosting it in your Home Computer.
If you have access to it, then use Google to find how it can be done in that specific router as it varies in different devices.

Also your Internet Service provider probably blocks all incoming connections. You have to contact them to be opened.

You can't host a server with an internal IP.

I'm asking help from you , not google , and nobody hosts a fiesta server. How many people do you see out there with a fiesta tutorial? It's very RARE , unlike Minecraft it's everywhere.. I doubt that there's a tutorial out there for fiesta.
And another thing , don't you think I've been searching google , if i didn't this topic would never be here.

I still do not have an answer , all i know is that i have to search google AGAIN for my certain router.. D:

Also Gruntilda , you make me want to play Banjo Kazooie and Tooie , good ol' days.
    Btw my skype is daunte.thompson1

You have to forward the ports that are used, you'll find those in test_serverinfo.txt. It should 9100-9125 or something. How it's done it dependent on your router. Search cmd.exe on your windows start menu. Type in "ipconfig" and press enter. There where it says Default Gateway......XXX.XXX.XXX Input this ip into your browser and it should take you to your routers CP. From there it's up to you depending on your router.

I don't remember if it's exactly 9100-9125. test_serverinfo.txt has all the ports check that.

    Re: Port Forward Fiesta

    *EDIT*

I got the server working (for me) I port forwarded as seen in this photo : chrome-2013-11-18-15-a
Then i start up the server , with the ip I see in ipconfig (cmd) but then , my friends cannot join...
I experimented with a couple different IPs and nothing seems to happen...They get , cannot connect to world server. They put in the ip at ipchicken.com , it worked for me so i thought they'd use it also.

Any ideas of what i did wrong , and i port forwarded , not using hamachi.

    Re: Port Forward Fiesta

Services send the client the IP/Port to connect to, obviously your client works with your internal network IP (192.168.1.xxx) but anyone outside of your network will fail to connect to the internal IP.

Port forwarding is fine for incoming/outgoing connections but it's the way the services are coded which limits it, you need to be bound to a public IP.

A moderator can probably close this thread now.

    Re: Port Forward Fiesta

port forwarding fiesta is possible and can be done with some edits in the config files. Somewhere in these forums I posted how to do this and yes I ran a test server behind a router and had many people on it from inside and outside my network. It all has to do with where the system is send to retrieve data(crazy loop). Find my old post and you can do it.
