Problem while trying to setup registration page

Well theres a guide on kryptodev for a registration page And i followed it completely i dont no whats going wrong but everytime i try to enter a password and ID and click register it goes to this

New XAMPP security concept:

Access to the requested object is only available from the local network.

This setting can be configured in the file "httpd-xampp.conf".


Does anyone no how i can fix this if so plz help me >.<
